Partners & Sponsors
Companies in the private sector have played, and continue to play, a significant role in the success of SIP. In the main, this support has come from large ICT / telecommunications sector companies. They have often involved themselves with projects which in some way converge with their own development agendas. But a good deal of smaller-scale, localised support has also been forthcoming.
In addition to private sector participation, many third-level institutions have been actively involved in the SIP initiative. Support of every sort is a welcome development, given the scale of the task faced by educators seeking to integrate good ICT practice into teaching and learning in this country.
