My
Potato - by 1st class in Scoil Treasa, Dublin My
spud has 14 eyes . We
are going to sow the potatoes in one month. Now
the spud looks small and round with a brown skin. The
eyes will grow into stalks and we will have loads of baby spuds in the summer.
We put the spuds into an egg carton
to watch them sprouting. We left the carton in a cool part of the room.
