Recycling Paper by Togher N.S. May 2000
Last month Miss O’ Connell gave us templates to create our own Round Towers and Crannog. We had to cut out all the shapes and glue them together. It took us about 4 hours (according to Killian) to make them. We were very interested in the Round Tower since we read about Clonmacnoise and the Vikings in History. The Round Towers were harder to make than the Crannog because there were more pieces. Everybody made their own model. Everybody completed it as well. Some helped others.
