This SIP involves 10 primary schools, 3 special schools and 6 post-primary schools in Kilkenny City.


There are eight SIP projects being carried out in Kilkenny that come under the umbrella of SIP 055 or the Kilkenny Information Age Schools Initative.

 

A full time co-ordinator has been appointed (January 2000 - June 2001) by NCTE to help the Kilkenny city schools implement these projects.
