Bullying in Primary Schools

Victims Opinions

The low tolerance of bullying among children in the five participating schools is reflected in the finding that 91 children stated they were willing to stand up to the bully. It would also appear that, as only 30 thought that changing school would help, children were aware that taking such action would not deal with the problem. We note the figure of 13 respondents who stated they missed school as a result of bullying.
